Abstract
This thesis deals with customers satisfaction measurement with services of a leisure time complex, which is situated in a small village Háj ve Slezsku-Lhota. The aim of this work was to evaluate customer satisfaction with services used, to disclose gaps in service provided by leisure time complex and suggest solutions that increases customer satisfaction.
