Technická diagnostika soustruhu SV-18R

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá celkovou vibrodiagnostikou soustruhu SV - 18r. Práce má tyto hlavní body: V úvodu jsou objasněny hlavní cíle pro splnění daného úkolu, v další části je uvedená historie stroje a modely které z této konstrukce vycházeli. Poté zhodnotíme stav stroje měřením. Dále mohu teoreticky popsat postup výměny poškozených komponentů. V závěrečné části je uvedená odhadovaná cena opravy.

The bachelor thesis inquires into the oscillation-diagnostics on the whole of the lathe type SV-18r. There are these cardinal points in the thesis: Introduction clarifies main goals in the acheiving task at hand, next part contains history and developement of the machine, and the types which were based on its construction. Followed by an evaluation of the state of the machine by measurments. Then I can theoretically describe process of replacing damaged components. In the end, there is listed the estimate of the cost, of the repairs.
