Abstract

Diploma thesis is dealing with optimization of a process which represents correct amount of suggested KANBAN circuits in the Manufacturing Company. Thesis is aiming for increasing effectiveness according to production time and in-process inventory, which leads to higher costs. The procedure is solved according to dynamic simulation in WITNESS program, in which I simulated the current status in the company. Based on this simulation were realized next models of KANBAN circuits using dynamic simulations. Suggested options were compared with each other and in the end was decided which one is the best choice.
