Abstract
This master’s thesis deals with the Optimization of a Cooking Space in Combi Ovens specifically the fan. The first part describes what a Combi oven is and where people use it. In the second part there is a detailed description parts including the fan and cooking space. This thesis includes a 3D model of the fan which was made in CREO software. Simulation was done in ANSYS software. This master’s thesis contains complete technical documentation.
