Abstract

This work deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction in water company. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first describes main activities, economy and customers of company. This part is also focuses on theory analysis of customer satisfaction. Practical part is focuses on marketing research of customers satisfaction in company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s., evaluation questionnaire and suggestions for improvements.
