Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with a design of drive system of vertical axis of boring machine. The research are describes a basic parts of drive system of milling machine´s axises. In the second part of this thesis is a describe of each species of counterbalance systems. In the next chapter is calculated and checked ball screw. After that is done a design of servomotor. Revolutions of servomotor is reduction over the planetary gearbox on the ballscrew, which transforming rotary movement on linear. In the end is accomplish a comparation of drive system with or without of counterbalance and description of design solution parts of drive.
