Abstract

This thesis deals with different types of game engines, with a focus on the graphics subsystem. Furthermore, particularly engines for games such as RTS, problems generating terrain, creation entities located in this field, the interaction between them, but also the possibility of using OpenGL for creating real-looking environment. The result of the implementation is powerful and stable basis for the game engine, with the possibility of generating a unique game enviroment comprising movable and unmovable entities.
