Polohovací zařízení pro manipulaci s částmi lisovacích nástrojů

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of positioner for servicing or assembling progressive dies. The purpose of equipment is positioning progressive die to the basic location (horizontal or vertical). Fast and safe changing of die position makes servicing or assembling more effective. I used methodical analysis to find alternate of engineering solution. On the basis of comparison solutions I chose the better one. The advantage of the best alternate is in simplicity and using available energy resources. For gripping mechanism I used endless screw and for rotation of progressive die I used worm gear. Advantage of worm gear is self-locking, which is important for holding position of die. Both of these mechanisms are powered by electric motor.
