Analýza spokojenosti občanů se službami obce

Abstract

The subject of this thesis „Citizen Satisfaction Measurement with Municipal Services“ is to find out the current status of satisfaction level and importance of the individual services in the village. In the first part of the work, the village of Suché Lazce is introduced. In the second part the theoretical knowledge from the field of municipal marketing. In the third part, the methodology of data collection is described and the service in the village satisfaction analysis is performed. Based on the performed marketing survey, the suggestions to increase the satisfaction of the Citizen with the provided services are being made in the last part.
