Analýza spokojenosti občanů se službami obce

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza spokojenosti občanů se službami obce“ je zjistit současný stav spokojenosti a důležitosti s jednotlivými poskytovanými službami v obci. V první části práce je představena obec Suché Lazce. Ve druhé části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z oblasti marketingu měst a obcí. Ve třetí části je popsána metodika sběru dat a následná analýza spokojenosti se službami v obci. Na základě provedeného marketingového výzkumu jsou v poslední části uvedeny návrhy na zvýšení spokojenosti občanů s poskytovanými službami v obci.

The subject of this thesis „Citizen Satisfaction Measurement with Municipal Services“ is to find out the current status of satisfaction level and importance of the individual services in the village. In the first part of the work, the village of Suché Lazce is introduced. In the second part the theoretical knowledge from the field of municipal marketing. In the third part, the methodology of data collection is described and the service in the village satisfaction analysis is performed. Based on the performed marketing survey, the suggestions to increase the satisfaction of the Citizen with the provided services are being made in the last part.
