Abstract
In this Diploma I deal with the application of marketing strategy with the intent of enlarging opportunities of improving sports in the City. I chose city Bílovec, which is in the process of building a new swimming complex.On the basis of the questionnaire survey, the analysis of the marketing environment and SWOT analysis I tried to develop and propose appropriate marketing strategy that can serve the city as well assist in defining the services which the new complex could provide. Furthermore, I make similar proposal on setting entry pricing or in the sphere of advertisement and public relations.
