Abstract
The work thesis deals with design of intense mixed buildings with significant portion of housing in the planned area of Prague 6 – Sedlec and converting the adjacent brickworks. Filling brick building is a cafe with a sales galleries, restaurants and office space. The area is addressed in the context of its historical and future development. The proposal respects the urban links with the surroundings.
