dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá návrhem intenzivní smíšené zástavby s výrazným podílem bydlení pro předmětné území v Praze 6 – Sedlci a konverze přilehlé cihelny. Náplň objektu cihelny je kavárna s prodejní galérií, restaurace a kancelářské prostory. Území je řešeno v souvislosti s jeho historickým a také budoucím vývojem. Návrh respektuje urbanistické vazby s okolím.cs
dc.description.abstractThe work thesis deals with design of intense mixed buildings with significant portion of housing in the planned area of Prague 6 – Sedlec and converting the adjacent brickworks. Filling brick building is a cafe with a sales galleries, restaurants and office space. The area is addressed in the context of its historical and future development. The proposal respects the urban links with the surroundings.en
