Optimalizace průtočné části zpětných odběrových klapek typu C09 se šikmým sedlem

Abstract

Master thesis focuses on the theoretical preparation for the optimization of the resistance of the valve with the practical verification on geometry in ANSYS Fluent. On the basis of the theoretical training a is created mathematical model in accordance with the Czech state standard ČSN EN 60534-2-3. Subsequent optimization of the Check Bleeder Valve is to show a decreasing trend of the pressure drop. Results are evaluated using graphical outputs using ANSYS Fluent, followed by evaluation of the loss coefficient using tables and Excel. Based on the different approaches, the result of optimizing the flap with all the problems, including usability evaluation, is written.
