Optimalizace procesu balení a expedice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizaci procesu v úseku balení a expedice. Hlavním úkolem této práce je identifikace a návrh řešení vznikajících problémů v konečné fázi výroby. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, které úzce souvisí s danou problematikou. Praktická část obsahuje identifikaci celkem tří problémových míst. Následně jsou uvedeny návrhy řešení a k nim příslušné výpočty v oblasti optimalizace nákladů na obal a distribuční štítek. Dalším problémovým místem je dlouhý a poměrně fyzicky náročný proces ručního balení svitků. Zde uvádím jako vhodný návrh řešení zakoupení balícího stroje. V závěru je stručně popsáno zhodnocení práce a její přínos do praxe.

The thesis deals with the optimization process in the field of packaging and dispatching. The main goal of this work is to identify and find solutions to emerging problems in the final stage of production. The theoretical part includes basic concepts that are closely related to the topic. The practical part contains the identification of the three problem areas. The following are the proposed solutions and the associated calculations to optimize the costs of packaging and distribution label. Another problematic point is long and quite physically demanding manual process packaging rolls. Here I present buying the packaging machine as a suitable solution. In the cocnlusion, there is briefly described assessment of the work and its contribution to the practice.
