Aplikace technické diagnostiky na kovací stroje SHK-10

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is description of the issue of application of technical diagnostics on forging machines SHK-10. These machines are used for forging the barrels of weapons. Company Česká zbrojovka, a. s. Uherský Brod owns two types of SHK-10 forging machines. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of the issue of maintenance and technical diagnostics. In the second part are described the forging machines SHK-10 and there is a methodical proposal of application of technical diagnostics on this machines. The third part contains the results of measurements with an evaluation of the current status of forging machines and other recommendations.
