Návrh a realizace zařízení pro demonstraci uzavřeného hydrostatického okruhu

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the design and realization of the device for demonstration of the closed hydrostatic circuit of the mobile work machine. This device will be used for demonstration purposes by the Bosch Rexroth spol s.r.o. training center. In the first part is described a research for closed hydrostatic circuits of mobile machines. According to the calculations, a complete hydraulic circuit is designed, including full specifications of all elements. The next part of the thesis is the design of the continuous loading of the rotational hydraulic motor by means of disc brake. After assembling, the functionality of the circuit was tested and the output parameters were measured.
