Ekonomické zhodnocení volby technologie výroby strojní součásti

Abstract

Cílem práce je ekonomické zhodnocení výrobních technologických postupů strojní součásti ve strojírenském podniku, prostřednictvím kalkulace nákladů a následný návrh vhodné technologie výroby strojní součásti. Teoretická část práce se zabývá náklady a jejich členěním. Jsou zde vysvětleny základní typy a způsoby kalkulací. Jsou zde zmíněny i postupy pro stanovení některých veličin nezbytných pro určení některých vstupních dat kalkulace. Práce obsahuje charakteristiku firmy, komparativní srovnání analyzovaných výrobních technologických postupů. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky kalkulace, na jejichž základě je navržena vhodná technologie výroby s ohledem na výrobní množství stanovené velikostí zakázky.

The aim of the thesis is the economic evaluation of the production technological procedures of a machine component in an engineering company by means of cost calculation and subsequent design of a suitable production technology. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with costs and their breakdown. The basic types and methods of costing are explained. Procedures for determining some of the variables necessary for determining some of the input data for costing will also be mentioned. The thesis includes the characteristics of the company, comparative comparison of the analyzed production processes. The thesis concludes by summarizing the results of the calculation, on the basis of which an appropriate production technology is proposed with respect to the production quantity determined by the size of the order.
