Abstract

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of drafting a design of progressive stamping tool for specific steel parts. The technology used for the production of steel part is surface forming and it is described in the theoretical part. There are three basic methods such as cutting, bending and pulling. The main aim of the thesis is to propose progressive stamping tool as best as possible due to technological stamping part and design. Cutting plan, planned production calculation and subsequently technical documentation is proposed at the beginning. The tool will be made and tested in accordance with these documents. After testing of the functionality of the tool and pressing of samples it will be ready for serial production at a stamping department.
