Abstract

KARSIT HOLDING Company, Ltd. addresses the full production of progressive stamping tools. The thesis dealt with the specific tool for rolling sheet metal stamping, designed for installation into the mechanism of closing of the rear delivery door in Ford Transit. The work describes a complete structural solution tool with individual parts and elements of which it is compiled. The paper focuses on the technological process of production tool and molding process with a detailed description of all eighteen steps for pressing compacts in Two-processing tool. Furthermore, the paper is devoted to the issue of cutting holes paws with the proposed solution and ending with the technical and economic evaluation.
