Návrh a realizace PID regulátoru pro řízení otáček stejnosměrného motoru na programovatelném automatu WinPAC-8000

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnosti regulace otáček stejnosměrného motoru s využitím programovatelného automatu WinPAC WP - 8841 s doplňujícími vstupně/výstupními moduly. Součástí regulačního obvodu stejnosměrného motoru je další motor, zapojený v módu brzda. Je popsána funkce stejnosměrného motoru s permanentními magnety a identifikace v programu Matlab, v nástroji System Identificatin Toolbox. K identifikované soustavě je posléze navrhnut PID regulátor. Program pro regulaci otáček stejnosměrného motoru je vytvořen v řídicím systému REX. Regulace otáček motoru se provádí ve vizualizačním systému Promotic. Všechny komponenty použity pro regulaci otáček motoru jsou umístěny na plastové desce a společně tvoří jednotný model, který bude využíván studenty katedry Měřicí a řídicí technika. Model se připojuje přes sériový, devíti pinový konektor Canon ke svorkovnici umístěné na panelu s PLC WinPAC WP - 8841.

The bachelor thesis deals with the control of DC motor by use of programmable controller WinPAC WP-8841 with additional I/O modules. Besides DC motor, the physical model also consists of another DC motor that serves as a brake. The thesis gives the description of functionality of DC motor with a permanent magnet, and identification of the regulated plant by System Identification Toolbox in Matlab environment. PID controller is then design for the regulated plant. The control circuit is made up in REX control system. Visualization of the control process is carried out in Promotic SCADA/HMI environment. All the components of the physical educational model are integrated on a compact plastic board and will be use by student s of the Department of Measurement and Control. The physical model is connected to the controller's terminals by 9-pin cannon connector.
