Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with setting the conditions of production of a new product of the company F.H.Prager, which is part of the Krnov plant Kofola a.s., both of these companies are part of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a. S. The analysis is devoted to the production line Cider. The work contains an analysis of the original state after the introduction of a new production line and revealed shortcomings in many areas. Possibilities of their solution were proposed for the identified shortcomings. At the end of the thesis, the contribution of the diploma thesis is evaluated.
