Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on force comparison for movement of the mechanism of the Drilling rig tower in case the influence of passive resistances is neglected or not. It deals with the solution of position dependence of the mechanism members on a rotation angle of the drilling tower by the analytical method. The introduction is the specification of parameters and principle of the mechanism for lifting the drilling tower. The kinematic solution of the mechanism is based on determination of the determination of the basic relations describing the individual nodes position depending on the steering angle. Static solution of the mechanism is calculated by means of equations of equilibrium reactions and forces. Analysis of the influence of inclusion of pin friction on the calculation is presented in the conclusion. It has been found that inclusion of the influence of friction will increase the required force up to 1%.
