The thesis is about a constructional design of mining machine for aggregation to tractor W 5000 Yukon. In the first part of the thesis there is written short characteristics of problematics od hydraulic excavators, that among others contains theoretical design of working device of excavator. Specification of problem and suggestion of solution follows. Then there are calculations of selected constuctional nodes of the arm of excavator. At the end there is a part about evaluation of kinematics of excavator and calculations of stability of tractor Yukon with installed mining machine. Enclosed are drawing documentations of the arm of excavator and scheme of the machine.
