Experimentální ověření VBD pro dokončovací frézování

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem hladící geometrie vyměnitelné břitové destičky pro dosažení kvalitního povrchu obráběného materiálu při frézování. V úvodu práce je seznámení se současným použitým řešením společnosti Pramet Tools, s.r.o. a porovnání s řešením konkurence. Dále práce popisuje geometrii řezných nástrojů a geometrii VBD, ale i technologii výroby těchto břitových destiček. Cílem je určit nastavení hladící geometrie a provést experimentální ověření. Na základě naměřených hodnot je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení.

This master thesis describes the design wiper geometry inserts for achieving good surface material to be machined by milling. In the introduction provides an familiarization current solution used of Pramet Tools, s.r.o. and compared with the solution of the competition. The thesis also describes the geometry of cutting tools and inserts the geometry, but also the technology of production of inserts. The aim is to determine the set wiper geometry and perform experimental verification. Based on the measured values is a technical-economic evaluation.
