Analýza výrobních kapacit pro nové pracoviště ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of production capacities for a newly established workplace within the manufacturing company Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o., focusing on the production of li-ion batteries for robotic lawnmowers. The introductory part of the thesis addresses the presentation of the issue in general from the perspective of rationalization and capacity standards. This is followed by an analysis of the current state from various perspectives, where the main theme of the analysis was mapping the entire production facility, timing operations, and calculating actual production capacities. Based on the evaluation of the analysis of the current state, a solution to the identified problem is proposed, which is addressed by comparing the actual production capacity of the problematic workplace on a specific operation with the planned outlook for the given period.
