Návrh chlazení pro okruh servořízení u vozidel TATRA 8x8 a 10x10

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá chlazením servořízení nákladního automobilu Tatra v osmikolové verzi, s předními dvěma řízenými nápravami a desetikolové verzi, která je vybavena dvěma předními řiditelnými nápravami a jednou zadní řiditelnou nápravou. V diplomové práci je teoretický rozbor způsobů chlazení hydraulických systému, popsány veličiny související s tepelnou bilancí hydraulických systémů a navrženy možnosti teplotní stabilizace servořízení. Dále v praktické části jsou obsaženy výpočty k určení vhodného chladiče. Nakonec je navržena zástavba chladiče. K práci je přiložen výkres konstrukce, na které je chladič umístěn.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of cooling for power steering systeme for Tatra truck in eight-wheel version with two steerable axles and in ten-wheel version, which is equipped by two steerable axles and one rear steerable axle. In theses are described types of cooling the hydraulic systemes, described physical quantities related to the heat balance of the circuit, then the possibilities of cooling are revealed and necessary calculations are included. The last part of thesis deals with creating the construction, where the cooler should be situated. The drawing of cooler holder is attached to the writing.
