Využití základních statistických nástrojů v managementu kvality

Abstract

The topic of Bachelor thesis is „Use of Basic Statistical Tools in Quality Management“. As a first there are described seven basic statistical quality management tools in the theoretical part. There are also described some methods used in quality management. The practical part deals with company introduction, processing and evaluating data gained during three months period of the year 2013. The goal of this thesis is to process data and determinate the vitally important minority and its analysis. At the end of the thesis there are introduced recommendations for improvement which should limit occurrence of the errors or their entire elimination.
