Prototypování součástky Turb pomocí 3D tisku

Abstract

The master’s thesis deals with verifying the feasibility of producing a functional forming tool using FDM 3D printing from polymer materials for the prototyping of stator blades made from thin metal sheet. Based on a literature review, requirements for the tool design and suitable materials were defined. The tool was subsequently designed in CAD software, manufactured, and experimentally tested in the forming of stainless steel and aluminium sheet. The results showed that a tool made from polycarbonate reinforced with carbon fibers enables precise and repeatable blade forming. Based on the experiment, it was confirmed that FDM technology can be used for low-cost prototyping of thin-walled formed components.
