Návrh strojního zařízení pro dávkování dřevní štěpky

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of machinery of a model of a live bottom screw feeder that doses wood chips from a hopper with conveying capacity of 20 t·h-1. The first theoretical part summarizes the problems and possibilities of wood chips dosing from the hopper. In the second part, I discuss the design of the 3D model in SolidWorks, strength calculations and FEA analysis in Inventor. Finally, the procedure and the main results obtained during the work are briefly described. The last part of the thesis is the drawing documentation, which contains the complete manufacturing documentation of the machinery to be attached to the hopper.
