Hodnocení vybraných vlastností PTA návarů na bázi Co

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem vlastností PTA návaru kobaltu pod označením Stelit. V teoretické části práce jsou popsané vlastnosti Stelitu a oblasti jeho využití, zvláštní pozornost je věnována Stelitu 6. Součásti rešerše je zhodnocení vhodných metod navařování se zaměřením na metodu PTA. V experimentální části jsou vyhodnoceny čtyři vzorky, které se liší použitými navařovacími parametry. U vzorků je hodnocena makro a mikrostruktura materiálu, dále makrotvrdost a mikrotvrdost. Hlavním cílem práce je stanovení vhodných postupů navařování s ohledem na co nejplynulejší přechod tvrdosti v oblasti návar – základní materiál.

This thesis deals with the analysis of PTA weld properties of cobalt under the designation Stellite. In the theoretical part of this work are described the properties of Stellite and its use, particular attention focuses on the Stellite 6. A part of the review is evaluation of the suitable welding methods, focusing on the PTA method. In the experimental part are evaluated four samples, which are different in welding parameters. The samples are evaluated in macro-and microstructure of the materials, then macrohardness and microhardness. The main goal is to determine appropriate welding procedures with regard to the hardness of the transition as smooth as possible in the surface - the base material.
