Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to prepare a complex strategic analysis, to formulate a suitable strategy and to propose the Balanced Scorecard for a selected company. Subsequent to that, a plan will be suggested for the implementation of strategy through BSC method and will be provided with suggestions for improvement.
