Návrh metodiky diagnostikování technického stavu řemenových převodů

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to diagnose technical condition of belt transmission. The first part describes usual methods for belt tension inspection. Another part shows designing of the stand, placing the pulleys for belt stretching and also fixing a laser mouse for measuring frequency of belt vibrations. Because of inconvenient results achieved by laser mouse measurements, a new approach was designed. This new option is based on reversed function of speaker which works as a vibration sensor. The last part is focused on overall diagnostics of belt transmission, not only measurement of belt vibration but also the overall conditions of pulleys placed on transmission model stand. At the end a working procedure is described which leads to the overall evaluation of belt transmission condition
