Návrh, výroba a montáž montážního zařízení

Abstract

The Diploma thesis deals with assembly process and design of jigs for assembly of light module for car. This is real project for a customer who requires design and manufacture of an assembly table and four jigs according to the requirements and parameters. Due to internal regulations, the costumer’s name and model of product cannot be published. One chapter is dedicated to the assembly table, his construction and descriptions of accessories. The jigs are numbered for better orientation in the process. For each one, the is deatiled description of the accessories and their function. There is also explained assembly procedure. The end of thesis is devoted to technical-economical evalaution, where are calculated the approximate costs before the start of production. Part of the work are drawings with 3D models created in software SolidWorks, which will be use for future modifications and innovation of the machine.
