Abstract
Bachelor's thesis is the design of solar thermal systems for domestic hot water for the model house. The theoretical part describes all components that are necessary for the function of the solar system. The practical part deals with the amount of heat needed to heat drinking water. In the next section I compare the energy balance for each month. The calculation is determined, in which heat from the collector months will not be enough and the water will have to be reheated gas boiler. In conclusion, comparing the gas boiler on natural gas with solar system. From an economic perspective, the acquisition price included all the components of the solar system, including subsidies and seasonal discounts. There are also counted the cost of operating the pump, operation of the boiler for reheating drinking water. Costs for the solar system are compared with those for year-round heating drinking water gas boiler. From an environmental perspective, compares the amount of emissions that occur during combustion of natural gas in the boiler.
