Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to examine Human Resources Management. These resources mean big potential for company and define not only competitiveness but also its prosperity. In competition, strategic HRM is one of the most important aspects in differentiation. This differentiation causes talented employees, who create excellent performance. The thesis is divided on two sections – theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part describes the whole process of HRM and deals with particular human resources activities. These activities include creation and analysis of employment, human resources planning, acquiring, choosing and hiring employees, their evaluation, payment, education and also placement and terminating employment. Practical part is based on and followed by theoretical part. Using employee questionnaire of the particular company, analyze of current level of HRM was examined. The practical part also includes the employee fluctuation.
