Abstract

The Bachelor Theses deals with analysis of operation Long Tandem Vehicles legislative conditions on infrastructures in Czech Republic and foreign countries from the perspective of vehicles dimensions, mass and tapes. Thesis defines demands for operation and dynamic characteristics of Long Tandem Vehicles. The truck tractor parameters are suggested and compared with serial produced tractor. Long Tandem Vehicles overtaking of articulated vehicle is analyzed at various velocities. It is solved the Long Tandem Vehicles manageability at low velocities and comparison with serial produced articulated vehicles is done. Operating technical evaluation judges results and shows the recommended directions. The tables and charts of parameters and speed characteristics are included in enclosure.
