Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of employee remuneration in selected company. The first part is illustrated by the issue of employee remuneration. At the second part there are mentioned a basic characteristics of the company, in terms of the company history, production program and company employees. The third part is devoted to practical application. There are data on the composition of employees in the company, making wages at the company, organization’s total costs of employee benefits and employee benefits which are provided to employees. The aim of this work is mainly to assess the employee benefits that the company currently provides. Individual benefits are examined in terms of their tax advantages. The last point is a questionnaire that tells about what employees think of the benefits which are provided, and how to access them.
