Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find problems in the process of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected company, and to propose measures that should lead to the improvement of some of the identified problems. The method of written questioning, the method of individual semi-structured interview and SWOT analysis were used. SWOT analysis was used to classify the problems. The whole process of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected company was evaluated according to the set criteria (compliance with the sequence of individual steps in the process of recruiting and selecting employees, providing the necessary information in the job offer…). The benefit of this bachelor's thesis is that it offers a specific solution to some of the problems identified.
