Návrh jednoúčelového stroje - horizontální fréza s lopatou

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a single-purpose machine intended for the removal of the degraded surface layer of silage from a silage pit. The thesis includes an analysis of the current issues related to silage handling, a survey of available equipment, and the development of several design variants. Based on their comparison, a solution combining a loading bucket with a milling drum mounted on hydraulically operated arms was selected. The thesis presents a detailed structural design of the main parts of the machine, a 3D assembly model, and technical drawings. Selected components were verified by strength analysis using the finite element method. The result is a design of a device enabling efficient removal of the degraded silage layer and its immediate loading in a single working step.
