Konstrukční návrh stolní kotoučové pily

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na konstrukční návrh stolní kotoučové pily. V bakalářské práci je zpracován přehled ručních pil a detailnější přehled strojních pil. Dále pak návrh a kontrola motoru, návrh řemenového převodu a návrh hřídele. Součásti práce je i MKP analýza provedená v programu Inventor. V závěru jsou informace pro údržbu stroje. V příloze je kontrola hřídele, výpočet životností ložisek, sestavný výkres stolní kotoučové pily a výrobní výkres svařence, hnané řemenice a hřídele.

The work focuses on the design of a circular table saw. This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of hand saws and a more detailed overview of machine saws. Furthermore, the design and inspection of the motor, the design of the belt drive and the design of the shaft. The work also contains FEM analysis performed in Inventor. Finally, there is information for machine maintenance. The appendix contains a shaft inspection, bearing life calculation, assembly drawing of a circular table saw and production drawing of a weldment, driven pulley, and shaft.
