Abstract

The main theme of this thesis are the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in an organization. The aim is to compare the theoretical knowledge of the recruitment and selection of staff with current practice in this organization and on the basis of comparison propose measures to improve processes. Work reveals the issue of personal work, human resource planning. recruitment and selection of employees. Defines related terms, and various methods of rectuitment and methods of selection. Based on the use of a questionnaire, interview and analysis of internal documents are proposals for improving these processes.
