Abstract

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is a design of the production of a supporting disc made of Inconel 625 material. In the introduction you will find the characteristics of nickel superalloys and their distribution. The second part describes the issue of machinability of Inconel 625 material. First of all we deal with suitable and recommended cutting materials but also geometry and wear of cutting tools or cutting conditions. In the third part you will find variants of the production process of the given part and their evaluation. Individual tools and cutting conditions have been established for the evaluated optimal variant. In conclusion there is an overall technical and economic appreciation both in terms of time and finance.
