Abstract
The goal of my bachelor’s work is to do a research of the customers’ satisfaction in restaurants. In the theoretical part I explain the core of the marketing research, the ways of doing the research and I also plan the questionnaire. In the practical part I find the satisfaction of the customers using one of the methods of marketing research – a written questionnaire. There are 14 closed ended and 2 opened ended questions. I try to find information about things that are convenient for customers in restaurants and vice versa and what can be improved.
