Abstract

This thesis deals with corporate culture of cafes and tearooms in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim is to analyze the current perception of coffee and tea culture. The basic tools used for the date acquisition were observation, interview and survey. These acquired results then became the foundation for designing the optimization of given cultures.
