This thesis deals with the specification of regional air transport in the Czech Republic and aviation in Central Europe and specification market. Further comparison of the operation of air transport flag carrier and low-cost carriers. Draft model for Ostrava airport. A sense of appreciation of the flag carriers in Central Europe in competition with low-cost.
