Konstrukční návrh svařovacího stroje pro navařování tvrdokovu

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design concept of a welding machine for hard metal surfacing on sealing surfaces of armatures. The introduction compares an analysis of hard metal surfacing by theoretical side and mechanization of welding. The next part is about design solution of welding machine. Designed solution includes calculation report, description and process of nodes design. The nodes contains positioner, positioning system for welding head, mechanism for positioning and fixing preheating burners, stairway with platform and protecting shield. At the end of thesis is an evaluation of achieved results. Drawing of designed welding machine is attached in the enclosure of the master thesis.
