Abstract

The bachelor work is oriented to human resource management, concretely to section of employee recruitment and selection in the selected company – Hamo Czech s.r.o. The theoretical part engages in the labour resources, their advantages and disadvantages and the methods of employee recruitment and selection. On the basis of theoretic part was compiled the practical part. There is presented the selected company. Further the bachelor work analyses procedures of personnel officers in the section of employee recruitment and selection. To find out the useful information I have used analysis of internal materials and research techniques – a questionnaire and an interview. The final part is oriented on the particular conclusions of the research, propositions and recommendations for improving employee recruitment and selection system in the company.
