This diploma thesis is focused on assembly of plastic parts and assembling of headlamps. Represents the basic parts used for assembly of the headlamp, composition and individual functional blocks of headlamp. It deals with the rules for the design of headlamp assembly and production line for the headlamp, exemplary design and optimalization of assembly line from the first workstation to packaging and suggests potential improvements.
