Aplikace metody re-melting v závislosti na parametru drsnosti povrchu součásti procesu SLM materiálu 316L

Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of additive manufacturing (AM), specifically 3D printing of metals using SLM technology. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what effect the repeated melting of the material after printing has on the so-called "re-melting". In the first part of the thesis, the principle of AM is explained together with extensive research on the subject. In the next part of the thesis, the principle of the experiment itself is described together with an example of data acquisition during the measurement of surface roughness of printed surfaces. In the conclusion of the paper, the results obtained, where re-melting significantly improves the roughness without affecting the specimen height, are presented and discussed.
